In mid-May, one of our groups was to be welcomed by Françoise and Jean-Philippe Billarant for the presentation of their collection of conceptual and minimal art gathered at Silo in Vexin (95).
Due to their ages, they wish to "keep voluntary confinement" and access to their works will therefore not be possible. As you know, the same is true for large institutions and all projects are postponed without date for reasons of force majeure.
These two months, I left the Kitchen to keep with you all a link with art; how art develops our gaze and finds in the composition of dishes a path of aesthetic reflection.
For the 2020/2021 season, the program will take into account the constraints that will inevitably be imposed on us. Isn't it an invitation to imagine other ways of seeing and being together?
See you soon
